Information on Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Return and Refund Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We are here to support you. We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can opt for a size exchange, a voucher, or a refund to the original payment method. For cash on delivery payments, you will need to provide an IBAN for a refund.

Return Conditions :

  • Returned products must be in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original or similarly sealed packaging.
  • They must not show signs of wear, odors or modifications. The soles of the shoes must be immaculate.
  • Swimwear and underwear are not returnable. Non-compliant returns will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

MODILOFT may refuse returns that do not comply with our criteria. In this case, the products will remain in our warehouses until the customer collects them.

How to Make a Return :
Write to info.modiloft@gmail . com or contact us on WhatsApp to the number , providing:

  • Name and surname
  • Return details and type of refund desired: size/color exchange, voucher or refund.

Costs and Management Times :

  • Shipping for returns or exchanges is at the customer's expense and is handled within 4/5 working days.
  • Refunds are processed after the return has been verified, usually within 10 business days. Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Size Change and Vouchers :

  • In case of an unavailable size exchange, you will receive a voucher of the same value or you can choose another item. If the new item has a lower cost, the full price will be considered and not the discounted one.
  • Vouchers are issued for the full amount of the returns and are non-refundable.

Rejected Returns :
MODILOFT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
